New Build Residential Developments
With clients ranging from private individuals and local community housing associations to district councils and national house
builders, the practice has undertaken a wide variety of housing projects over the years. These include new blocks of flats,
housing estates and specialist homes for the disabled. One-off houses for private individuals have also been designed.
We are currently designing a range of new build schemes in and around Edinburgh, including new private houses and flats.
The practice offers a large range of styles for new build developments, varying from traditional styles to the more contemporary.
The house at Broomieknowe is a scheme currently under construction. It was designed in the Scottish Baronial Style externally
with a contemporary feel internally to the client's specific requirements. The historical context of the locality is expressed
with the use of turrets and traditional stone features. However, modern construction techniques and electronic installations
mean that the house will also be equipped to provide all the comforts of modern living.
